Three Ingredient Fudgey Brownies



Sometimes, I come across a recipe that ROCKS! And this one is the King of quick and easy brownies!


I stumbled across this creation by Simply Taralynn, tried it and I'm in LOVE. You probably have all of these ingredients in your pantry so get baking :)

You will need:

3 large bananas, extra ripe

1/2 cup creamy almond butter (or any smooth nut butter)

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


Method

  1. Heat oven to 180C

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas until lump-free.

  3. Mix in the almond butter, and cocoa powder.

  4. Grease a baking sheet, and evenly distribute the batter into the pan.

  5. Bake 17-20 minutes.

  6. Use the toothpick method to determine if they're done.

  7. Let the brownies chill in the refrigerator for 45-minutes.

  8. Store in the refrigerator for best results.
